What is coworking?
Paraphrasing Wikipedia: Coworking is an emerging trend for a new pattern for working, a social gathering of a group of people who work independently but who share values and are interested in the synergy that can happen from working with talented people in the same space. Coworking isn’t just office space, and it isn’t a business incubator. It’s a community of independent workers supporting one another. It's the community that counts in the end, not the job title.
Do I need to be an “independent worker” to be a member?
No! You can be an employee, a public servant, a manager, or anything at all. But this is a work space, not a job bank; we're not here to find employment or to grow the next Google. We're here to work on projects, individually or together, and to help one another
What do you mean by a "membership"?
A membership is a prepaid usage license to use the provided amenities on a monthly basis. It is not a tenancy, or anything else. Membership lasts as long as you pay, and renewals are subject to approval.
What is a "Resident Membership" ?
This membership provides full access to all amenities and includes a desk/office permanently assigned to you. You can work as much or as little as you want and use all the services and amenities provided as much as you want (within reason). Special arrangements for Saturdays may be requested and are subject to approval. Resident memberships start at Rs. 15,000/month
What is a "Nomad Membership" ?
This membership provides full access to all amenities but without a desk/office permanently assigned to you. This is a shared model and during working hours it is expected that you will be utilizing any available, non-resident desk. You can work as much or as little as you want and use all the services and amenities provided as much as you want (within reason). Weekends are off. Nomad memberships are Rs. 10,000/month
What is a "Drop-in Day Pass" ?
A Drop-in Day Pass grants the purchaser in-and-out access during that day only, and access to power and WiFi. Drop-in Day Passes are only available as space allows, and you’ll need to accept the AUP and pay a daily rate. Weekends are off.

What are your timings?
The office timings applied to all memberships types are 9.30 a.m. till 7 p.m. on weekdays.
How much do these memberships cost?
- A Day Pass is available for Rs.750/day.
- A Nomad Memberships costs Rs. 10,000/month per individual with a month to month payment, and no minimum commitment.
- A Resident Membership starts at Rs.15,000/month per individual with a minimum commitment of 3 months. A discount is available for prepayment of a full year.

Can I have a desk all to my own, permanently?
Short answer, yes! suite401's resident membership plan allows you to have a permanent desk for the life of your membership. This means as opposed to Nomad or Drop-in types, you get to set up a desktop PC and have a permanent spot reserved for you.
Besides open-plan seating, do you offer enclosed offices ?
Even though for the most part we provide hot-desking in our open-plan offices, we have a handful of enclosed offices if you require them. These offices are only available for Resident memberships and require long-term commitments.
Can my company apply for one membership, or have a “shared” membership several people can use at once?
Membership suite401 are not transferrable between parties. That said, an employer or other institution can certainly subsidize the membership fees of any individuals they want, but the membership agreement will still be between that individual member and suite401.
Can drop-in and distribute brochures to your members?
No. This is a private club, where people go to get things done. It's not a networking event.
Is there tea / coffee?
There’s a kitchenette for members where tea and coffee is served. All tea / coffee are included in the membership fee and unlimited for all members (within limits ofcourse)
What about parking. Do you provide parking spots ?
We're located on main Schon Circle, with ample parking space right below. We do not provide reserved parking spots, but it shouldnt be a problem anyway.
Can I run training classes or seminars?
We don't offer space for large-scale events currently.
Can I have a business phone line?
Members are encouraged to utlize their cell-phones for all communication purposes. If you require, we can provide you with a wireless CDMA set for usage throughout the life of your membership at an additional cost. The house phone may be used for limited / emergency calls.
Are there printers, fax machines, copiers?
We offer a shared laser-jet on our network for printing usage (within reason). We do not currently offer fax or photo copying facilities.
Can I start my new startup company here?
Absolutely! Members are encouraged to be entrepreneurial! You may utilize your membership for your startups and we'll help any way we can to make sure your startup doesnt have a rocky start as far as the office requirements are concerned. You may however not utilize the office address as your "legal registered office address".
Can I play music? I can't work without it!
Be sure to bring your headphones. There are currently no plans for a site-wide sound system. Think of the space like a private coffee shop.
